Thank you for your interest in our catering services. We look forward to being a part of your event. The following information will be helpful in planning your function.
To serve you in the best possible manner, please follow the lead times on the catering website for any catered function to guarantee your specific order and time. Because good things take time, please give as at list 24 hours to successfully fulfill your event needs. For orders needed within a 24 hour time frame, please contact us directly at 331-237-1794.
Flowers, linen, servers and china service are available by request and at an additional charge.
Our regular catering hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Late afternoon, evening and weekend functions are available please contact us with your specific needs.
If you have moved a catered event from one location to another, please alert us to the exact new location to avoid confusion and unnecessary charges.
Modifying your order – You can modify your order on the catering website up to the order lead time for that menu. After that time, modifications to orders must be called in to the catering manager to assure we can meet your requests.
Cancellation Policy - To avoid being charged, cancellations or changes to catering orders must be made up to the lead time indicated for that menu.
Substitutions: We reserve the right to vary menu selections when necessary to meet market conditions.

ORDERING POLICY
Catering isn't just about serving food - it's about orchestrating an event. We make delicious food; attentive service and creative presentation flow seamlessly together. Whether you need a snack plate for an impromptu meeting or a five-course dinner for a gala awards ceremony, we will suit your occasion and budget.
We have put together a menu that in most cases will meet your needs. However, each catering is unique and we can customize a menu that meets all of your special requests. Our culinary staff takes great pride in all they do and will ensure that you get the freshest ingredients and the highest quality products available. Each catering will include all required essentials i.e. napkins, utensils, plates, etc.
To allow us to deliver a great catering experience we ask for a 24 hour notice for all typical catering orders.
We would appreciate 48 hours for orders involving hot prepared entrée.
We understand that last minute orders occur, and as always,
we will do our absolute best to accommodate your catering and event needs.
Please place your online orders as early as possible to ensure timely processing.
Please place your orders no later than 3:00 p.m. the day prior. (Some hot menu item may require longer notice). After 3:00 p.m., we cannot guarantee product selection or delivery and will do our best to meet your specific needs.
Our office hours are 6:00am-3:00pm Monday through Friday, therefore, orders placed late Friday or over the weekend will not be received in our office until Monday morning. Your order is not confirmed until we have contacted you to arrange for delivery and confirm your event information.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
All service is FREE DELIVERY unless otherwise noted. If the event is off-site, delivery charges may apply.
SECURITY:
Ordering from the Ecolab/Nalco Catering Website is both easy and secure. When you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secured server
Our online ordering servers are hosted by CaterTrax, which has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control. We use encryption technology to protect your sensitive personal information stored on our servers and while being transmitted over the Internet. Your information is always stored in this fashion and is never transferred without encryption.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
We would like 48 hour advance notification of cancellation, we may be able to cancel any orders if we have not completed the order. If there are costs incurred as a result of your cancellation, you will be billed for those costs and not the entire cost of the event. Please call us to cancel a last minute order. Do not email or fax last minute cancellations. Please speak directly to one of our catering coordinators, any message to a staff member or on our voice mail is not a valid cancellation. Any late changes (less than 24hrs) to an original order can be made on-line by logging into your account. Late order changes may not be fulfilled, it depends on our kitchen schedule that day. Your changes are not confirmed until we have contacted you either by email or a phone call from our event coordinators to confirm your changes.
PAYMENT TERMS:
In addition to credit charge payments, we accept your personal or company check in advance or on delivery of order. For purchase orders, cost centers, and orders to be billed, terms are net 20 days.
SALES TAX:
Sales tax is applied to all orders. Tax-exempt organizations must provide a tax letter with first order.
PRICES:
Prices on our menus and website may be subject to change due to market price fluctuation and product availability. Substitutions and additions on any menu will reflect price changes on the final invoice. We recommend clients request a new price quote if there are any additions or substitutions. Price changes may vary.
STAFF CHARGES:
Professional Wait Staff rate is $28 per hrs with a minimum of 4 hrs. Staff hours are estimated and are billed portal to portal. Billing starts at arrival time and ends after buffet /equipments are remove from event. If your event should run longer than anticipated, your invoice will be adjusted. The balance of the adjusted invoice is due within 7 days of billing if the client has a direct bill account. Account over thirty (30) days shall accrue interest at one and one half (1-1/2%) per month
DAMAGES AND LIABILITY:
If our staff is not hired to be present at client’s event, client will be responsible for the unattended chafing dishes and all café and rental equipment. Missing or damaged equipment, décor, place settings, centerpieces, linens, serving utensils, salad bowls will be billed at replacement cost to client.
FOOD LEFTOVER POLICY:
It is our policy that any leftover food will be discarded after the event. We will leave or pack leftovers that are safe to consume (leftover cookies/brownies and can beverages), if the client requested before hand. We do not recommend serving leftovers after the event as we cannot anticipate how long leftover food has been held at unsafe temperatures, nor are we qualified to evaluate the condition of the leftover food. Under no circumstances can leftover food be given to guests. The client will assume full responsibility for any liability as a result from consuming leftover food after the event.
PRIVACY POLICY:
By completing any application/forms on this Web site, you are offering data to Eurest Dining Service Catering that will keep private and use only as described here.
Eurest Dining Service Catering will not sell, give away, or otherwise distribute your personal information that has been collected through this site, either in the near or distant future, without first contacting you and receiving your explicit permission.
